I just had a fabulous holiday at the Grand Centara on Chaweng Beach in Koh Samui. The entertainment team, especially Dino, Ana, Asha, and Dalma, made the experience unforgettable with their engaging activities. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the service from Ploy at the Coast bar was top-notch. However, the rooms felt small and could use some updates, and the housekeeping service was sometimes slow. Overall, it was still a wonderful getaway and I would highly recommend it.
